The pair expanded their food service, banking on a commuter crowd and young families moving into The Sheldon. Their growth accelerated as they became an established brand with a strong following.
Today, they have four locations in the greater New York City area and an online presence. They sell to six Whole Foods stores, several restaurants and food service providers in healthcare settings.
Their success is in large part due to their focus on creating a unique, high-quality coffee experience for their customers. They roast their coffee beans on-site using a Diedrich Roaster.
They have a variety of coffees, teas, decaf and espresso available for their customers to choose from. You can also find a variety of breakfast and lunch options for everyone to enjoy.
At their bakery, they bake a wide selection of breads and pastries. Some of the favorites include their sourdough cinnamon roll, almond croissant and banana cream muffins. The bakery also offers a wide variety of vegan and gluten free options for the customer’s pleasure.
