The interior is modeled after what you’d find in inner city Melbourne with potted plants, ocean-blue banquettes and plenty of natural light. In addition to its signature coffee shop offerings, the Rice Village location will boast a large dining area with outdoor seating and a bespoke mural by local artist Shelbi Nicole. The eatery will also have beach-themed decor, textured paintings and a selection of Bluestone’s own branded merchandise.
Founded in 2013, Bluestone Lane has been on a rapid expansion trajectory since its inception. The brand’s goal is to deliver “a genuine daily escape” to locals through premium coffee and healthy food options, with a strong emphasis on providing a personalized experience. The company has 60 locations across the United States and Australia, including a recent push into Texas, where Bluestone recently opened three new stores.
