Ghost Hawk Brewing Company is the first micro-brewery in Passaic County and was opened in April of 2019. It is located in Clifton, New Jersey.
The brewery is owned by Clifton natives Tom Rachelski and Steve Bauer. They are partnered with Chris Sheehan, a veteran brewmaster who has brewed at Defiant, JJ Bitting, Gun Hill and Chelsea breweries.
Sheehan has crafted some of the best beers in the state, and is a favorite among locals for his complex and flavorful beers. In addition to his signature IPAs, he has a few barrel aged elixirs that you won’t want to miss.
He is a true craftsman, and has built a business around a great passion for beer. He aims to bring high quality beers to the people of New Jersey.
